Signature Training Day

Implementation Series
Sustained Growth Through Partnership
The Implementation Series is a tailored, semester-long learning experience built on the SMART Balance Framework.
Across 4–6 curated sessions, each 90 minutes, teachers receive focused training, classroom feedback, collaborative planning, and ongoing coaching support.
This partnership helps content-area teams—such as math or grade-level groups—strengthen instruction, boost engagement, and build sustainable, high-impact teaching practices.

Curated, Ongoing Support for Lasting Impact
- The Partnership Package offers a tailored, schoolwide coaching partnership designed to provide consistent instructional support across a semester or full year. Each option blends professional learning, collaborative implementation, and ongoing guidance aligned to the SMART Balance Framework.
- Semester Partnership
A curated support model that includes 1–2 full-day PD sessions, four follow-up implementation sessions, email support, and scheduled office hours to keep momentum strong between trainings. - Full-Year Partnership
A deeper, sustained collaboration that includes two full-day PD sessions, six group follow-up sessions, and dedicated support for instructional coaches or grade-level leads, ensuring schoolwide coherence and long-term growth. - This package gives schools a structured, supportive path for implementing high-impact teaching practices with confidence, consistency, and clarity.
